My name is Pat. I've been in the computer business since 1985 mostly in sales. Over the past several years I have been providing technical services first in the copier/mfp business in addition to sales and now independantly as a consultant. I've encountered some challenging malware infections and discovered this site searching for a solution. It has been very helpful. It seems that more fake alerts and trojans have been coming up and I see the need to share my discoveries as well as benefit from those who have been successful in removing difficult cases. Nugie2 is my nickname. I'm a bi-vocational pastor of a non-denominational church in a rural, very rual community.
