I'm new to this forum, mainly because I have been experiencing trouble with spyware.
I hope the experienced people here might be able to help me fix the issue.
and then maybe I could learn some tips so I would be able to prevent this from happening again.

Welcome to BC.
If you post about your problem in the AM I INFECTED? Forum, our Members can help you get rid of it. An ounce of prevention....well many ounces, most of which are dependent on your knowledge about preventing spyware, and there is a wealth of information in the forums and in the Tutorials that will help you.
