multiple cmd.exe and services.exe are running

Hi,

Please help me on this topic.

After boot my computer , there are multiples of cmd.exe and services.exe are running in the task manager/processes window. due to this my computer is badly affected, and running very very slow.
Internet speed also is very slow.

please suggest my the solution on this issue.

I don't even think cmd.exe should appear in Task Manager...until someone opens a command prompt window.

I would suspect that...every window thus opened...reflects in Task Manager as a running process, at that time.

As for services.exe, there should only be one process reflected, IMO.

Can you please elaborate your view,

As i said there are multipls of cmd.exe processes are running eventhogh no cmd prompt i am openning. i suspect some viruses or some problem..

Thanks in advance , let me know if any logs and some thing you requiring from my side.

First provide more information about your system:

Click Start, Run and in the box enter:

msinfo32

Click OK, and when the System Summary info appears, click Edit, Select All, Copy and then paste
the information back here.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User Name), and whatever appears to
be private information to you, just delete from the pasted information.

This will minimize back and forth Q&A and eliminate guesswork and assumptions.


Next, perform some scans for malicious software, then fix any remaining issues:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.
