This is in my registry. What is it for, and can I safely uninstall it?

This is a patch for an HP printer driver which had a bug of not unloading dll from memory.
To uninstall :
Open Start Menu > Run and type MsiExec.exe /X{595D0DE8-C38A-4432-B851-47DECC1A99BD} and press Enter

Thanks...seems that uninstalling it is a good idea as it was probably for an older hp inkjet printer that is no longer in use. Appreciate your response.
