BleepingComputer.com: Windows XP Keeps Freezing while surfing internet

My computer keeps freezing when I surf the internet. It randomly happens and averages about 2-4 times per day. I checked my event log under admin tools and I notice a repeated series of events. I've attached a print screen of the events. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Those are normal events as noted by the information tag in the detail viewer.

Do you have any with red (error) or yellow (warning) icons?

Try to run some online scan, and make sure your machine is not overloaded with unnecessary or idle applications, files, and movies.

We all get the w32time error sometimes. It just means the time server did not respond before the time out.

The other one will need to be pasted into google. I see no clues in human readable format but a google search might reveal some. It doesn't look serious unless it is repeated each time you reboot.

Did you run any online scanners or secunia vulnerability scanner?

The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

I would first take a look at the IE add-ons running on the system, once malware can be ruled out somewhat.
