The Hard Drive went Click, Click, Click, a short time after I upgraded the Ram,
The Hard Drive is a Maxtor Model 4D060H3 and therefore is charted as having 61.4GB,
but I am unable to find that in this S.I. ?
Which represents the HD ?

You need to drill down a little more.
Click on the Plus Sign next to Components, then again with the Plus Sign next to Storage and finally Disks.
You should see it just like this:
Description Disk drive

I only wish there was a little Black Box for Hard drives, . . a few have gone on me, . . a while back, one was pretty new, it leaves a user wondering !?!
