I am currently building a system with a Nvidia GTS 250 video card on a motherboard that is crossfire ready. I don't see myself using the crossfire but is this a problem? Also, if i were to use a crossfire capable card, which would be recommended that would be comparable to the GTS 250?

According to this. The 5750 is slightly better in most of the games tested. Not much in them, but it does appear better.
