Ok, I have the following problem and maybe someone can explain it to me:
Out of the blue my laptop screen shows some weird display (please links below).
I was using it before, everything fine, went away for 30 min, came back, and it was "broke".
Tried switching it off and on, nothing. It starts immediately from power-on, so I guess not driver related.
It goes from black with the white blur in the middle, to lighter. Then Windows starts, and when showing the desktop its like the "screen4w picture". You can see something, but completely unusable..
The laptop is an Asus Z99sc, and the video card a NVidia 8400G M. A couple of days ago i was checking the GPU temperature and it was on average 74 degrees. Is this too high for idle situation? Can this cause the video card to break?
My external screen on the VGA-port is functioning correct, so then it could be maybe the screen?
Thanks a lot!
