Has anyone received this offer, (avg_free_stb_en_9_39_free.exe), for upgrade ?

I am wondering why I have not been able to install, as I have completed the installation, which takes hours, . . twice now but it is not installed ?? !! ??
When you don't have to worry about your computer anymore, you can start
living again !
