I don't know the resolution you intend to play at.

GTA4 is a hog. Unlike many games it loves a fast quad core CPU, 4 gigs of memory recommended. Minimum videocard would be a 4870 or a 260 with 1 gig of video memory and even then you will still have slideshows (sub 30 fps) at times. Not really any cheap hardware shortcuts on this game to get consistently good frame rates.

To put it simply, none of the above will be able to play it well.

Get something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16883227175
or if that's out of your budget: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16883229133

This should be all you need.

I would suggest changing the OS to 64-bit.

It should work just fine, but I don't know why it has Vista instead of Windows 7. Is that okay with you?
