With USB 3.0, since it's 10 times faster than 2.0, would that mean an external hard drive would be quicker than an internal hard drive?

Since we are only dealing with hype right now...it remains to be seen.

My impression is that internal hard drives are still significantly faster...with SATA hard drive faster than PATA.
