I have a Dell D610 Latitude, I have a new battery and an old battery that I think is still good.

I have tried 2 different power adapters, PA10 family.

When I hold my mouse over the battery icon it reads 3% plugged in, not charging.

PC works fine, boots fine, but will not charge.

Is there a power adapter with volts and amps I should be aware of????

Current model is 19.5 V 4.62 Amps.

Help

EDIT: Moved to a more appropriate forum

Willing to bet the power jack on the motherboard is broken or loose. $15 for a power jack plus a lot of labor to swap and solder it.
