SecurityTool.....ComboFix.......No Computer Windows won't load in Safe Mode or Anything Else

I am working to eliminate a Trojan from my computer. Finally able to download ProcessExplorer and kill SecurityTool process. Ran Malwarebytes' Antispyware going good until support person from MABM told me to run ComboFix. Now I cannot get windows to load at all, not in safe mode, not in recovery mode, not to Last Good Configuration. What should I try?? Thanks For Any Help

Did you install the Recovery Console?

Recovery Console is installed, but it still causes the blue screen of death. I had someone from Malwarebytes.org helping/suggesting options, unfortunately I took his help and now I am in this situation.

What does the blue screen say? Does it blue screen before login or after? Can you apprise of the link that you were working at mbam so we can see what was done?
