Hi everybody. Recently, when I turned on my computer, the windows boot manager appeared after the POST.

It instructs me to insert my vista installation disc. But I don't have it.

These are the details of the error:

file:\windows \system32\config\system
status: 0xc00000e9
info: windows failed to load because he system registry file is missing or corrupt.

Is there any other way apart from reinstalling? Please help.
Thanks in advance.
