I just bought a new xp computer it comes with adobe photoshop elements 3 and picture gear studio. My old win 98 computer had picasa and hp image zone and infranview do they all do about the same thing? which should I use? which is the easiest? so confusing..............! I'm not really sure about the difference between all these I have pictures I want to bring over from the old computer, and I won't really be doing much editing, some will be used to sell items on ebay (pictures of items for sale); some are just family pictures to keep in computer. thanks! |

I do a lot of work on photos and I would only use photoshop, its hard at first but once you can find your way around it is great. I'm still using the old version photoshop 7, but anytime I have walked into a news paper to sell photos they all use photoshop the same goes for magazines. It will seem to be confusing at first because they give there tools such weird names but as I have said time will fix that. Hope this helps your decision.

Since you are familiar with some of the programs already, I would suggest you stick to those and download them to your new computer.
