Thank you all for your much appreciated Wishes.

I am sorry that I have been a bit spasmotic Posting lately, but I have have really serious Respiratory Problems that the slightest Stress made unbearable. I was Hospitalised six times in two months and feel like a Ping Pong Ball through it.

I have made changes to accomodate my problems and they seem to be working well. so far.
