Event ID 11 need help

I have recently looked in my Event Viewer only to find 38 errors in the last hour! All but one are Event id 11 Source is CAP12 'A required cert is no within its validity period when veryfying ..'

I did open it to see what the solution was and I couldnt understand it. It says something about going into the Temp directory (but I dont know where that is), then to go into the Security tab and choose the user account to check if it has full control permission.

I just need someone to help me step by step in a simple way please.

Look at the date of when this first started happening and try to remember what hardware or program you installed at that time

Goes back to at least August

It tells me to open the Temp directory R/C properties - Security Tab and change User Account to Full Control Permission.
Should I try this out? If so, where is the Temp Directory?
