DELL LATITUDE 820 - WINDOWS XP Professional - SLOW-BSOD ONCE APPEARED

Hello,

My laptop has been running really slow. I saw once BSOD screen but didn't write down info. However, BSOD screen appeared only once so far...Right now just slow performance.

I've done:

1. defragmentation

2. disk clean up (system tools)

3. scanned with Windows Live Care...nothing showed (my version expires soon as it's free)

I came across Windows Memory Test on one of the forums saying to test/ check RAM etc...

Any further suggestions...?
