Networking Belkin wireless

I'm having a problem, with my daughters Computer. We had too reload XP. Since then it will not connect to IE, via router. It ask me if it is 64 bit or 32 bit? I don't know, who do I find out which it is. It is a Compaq Presario 2100. P/N DZ414U#ABA. I have a Belkin Router and she has a Belkin notebook card.Card is a G,model F5D9010 v1000. Router is a F6D4230-4 V1. I have tried to download driver for belkin and it will not down load either. Any Help?????

You have Windows XP 32 bit. This site has the drivers for that wireless card. I am not sure what you mean it won't download. Can you connect the laptop to the router via an Ethernet cable, so you can download the driver?
