Please refer to the following page for removal of the EHKNQTWZ.DLL and how it hides: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...howtutorial=83&
The EHKNQTWZ.DLL cannot be deleted as long as the SVCHOST that started it is still running. If you follow the instructions from the above website, and try to stop the SVCHOST service, your system will shut down and the EHKNQTWZ.DLL will reload all of the registry entries that you deleted before it does. Do the following to remove it:
1.) Boot up into SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT.
2.) Once at the Prompt, CTRL-ALT-DEL and enter the Task Manager
3.) Stop the Biggest SVCHOST Service (there's probably 2 running). Exit Task Mgr
4.) Go to the WINNTSystem32 folder and del the EHKNQTWZ.DLL file.
5.) Type REGEDIT at the Command Prompt and follow the instructions from the web page listed above. Include searching for the PNPSVC throughout the Registry. Close it, EXIT, the CTRL-ALT-DEL, choose SHUT DOWN and then RESTART. It should be gone.

Is this a new Trojan that is always using that DLL? That looks like a randomly named DLL to me.

I am trying to understand what you are referring to? Is this an ssearch.biz file (which is random) ? If so using killbox to delete on reboot would be an easier solution.
Just not sure what you are referring to here.
