Every time I start up my computer, a box pops up showing that Windows Defender has block a start up program from running. I click to learn that the program is MBAM.
I have been doing research on this problem, and I found another thread that had already discussed this problem. I tried one of the suggestions in that thread such as making sure that all the boxes are unchecked in the comparability window. All the boxes are unchecked, but yet, windows defender still will not allow MBAM to start up without my permission.
What else can I do?

If I was you I would uninstall or shut down Windows Defender and use MBAM instead. It is better than Windows Defender which is not very good at all in comparison.

Greetings
There is currently a known issue with version 1.41 of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware that will cause its cleanup script entry to remain even when it's already served its purpose. User Account Control blocks this redundant entry, and that's why you're having this issue. Please download the appropriate fix for the issue for your version of Windows from here and extract and run the file to correct the problem. The developers have stated that this will be corrected in the next version of MBAM.
