What do I do with my dvd/cd-rw drive? It won't read cd's. The event viewer shows that there is a faulty autorun.exe error for the time that it begun not to work. Help. I miss my games already. Thanks.

If it is just not even reading the disk and yoou cant even explorer it and run setup.exe manually i suggest getting a new dvd/cd drive.

To explore the cd and look for the files manually simply right click the drive the cd is in and then click explore. Usually there will be a setup.exe file you can run.

Yes, I can't even explore the cd, but when I put the cd in the drive light flashes showing that it's trying to read. But nothing happens and when I right click it on My Computer, it shows the drive menu and when I click on eject cd: it ejects. Thanks for your assistance.
