Hello. I am looking into buying my first laptop or netbook. I'd rather have a laptop so I can burn dvd's etc. I have a home computer, so this will be to travel and easy access. I saw an Acer laptop for $350 with 2gb ddr, an AMD Athlon 64 1.6ghz processor. I do not do gaming and will mostly use it to upload photos, do minor editing, and some journaling etc. Would a laptop with not so great amenities be turned down for a netbook? Both are about the same price, though one's bigger and all. There's plenty of hard drive on both. Also what accessories should I get with either? I know for sure a portable mouse. I'd appreciate the input. Oh by the way, as for the netbook I'm thinking of the Acer Aspire One. Thanks. |
