windows media no longer play wma file :(

i dont know why but one day i open windows media player and it refused to play any .wma file with the error "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help." code C00D11B1 (other extension work well) , and only windows media player cant play these files, i've try with other player such as winamp and media classic player and they work just fine 
anyone has any idea about this problem please show me how to fix it? thanks

The simple reason is that quartz.dll file in your system 32 folder is missing. You have to search this file and copy it to system 32 folder. Also copy this file in DirectX and driver's folder.
