Windows Explorer Crashes and Restarts Sometimes Help!

It gets pretty annoying, so I am looking for a fix, here is some more information:

I think it has something to do with Korean Typewriter or something. Help is really appreciated. I currently am running with nothing but AVG in my system tray, but I want to run all my programs without it crashing if its possible.
