using vista's readyboost and performance monitor completed the tutorial on using windows readyboost but would just like

Hello guys

I have just followed your great tutorial on using windows readyboost to increase performance.
Everything went like it should, but as you say the performance counters and the graph can be a little confusing, even looking at the help section.

I have added the counters you stated, but i am a bit "A LOSS" at the moment, so a bit of advice is needed.
I am new to readyboost, but find it interesting and would like to know a little more about it or how the performance monitor works with the counters
TOSHIBA LAPTOP L300-1BV/ WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM SP2 / 2 GB RAM/ 32 BIT /windows 7 vista home premium, 3GB Ram/ 64 bit
