Are there any ad blocking programs for IE7... to selectively block (as in Firefox and Opera)?

Searching hasn't turned anything up for me. Anyone know of a selective ad blocker for IE7? I see a couple in my searches for IE8, but none for IE7.

Never use IE so I cannot confirm the quality of the application linked below. Hope it helps.
