Windows Blue Screen Fatal Error When I try to Donwload anything big (a movie on Graboid video) Bluescr

When i try to download any type of big file i always get a windows has recovered from an unexpected error shutdown. Here is the Problem details it displayed:

This had to do with a driver. Try updating your NIC ((Network Interface Card) driver

ok..is there any files i can upload for siomone to give me a more specefic answer.
I would upload the minidump files but i cant seem to find how to upload them onto here.

Also I just put the Minidump files into .RAR files. But like i said I cant find anywhere on this page to insert an attachment. Its probably something staring me right in the face. Hoep someone can help soon because this stinks not being able to download anything without my comp crashing. If its easier you can email me with any questions or responses.
