When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

A few days ago, I got some Trojans and possibly malware which I thought that I had gotten rid of. However, it seems that my system is still infected. My internet (safari and mozilla) keep stalling. Usually when I press enter in the navigation bar a few times, it will go where I want it to go. Sometimes, it redirects my search results; but that happens with only a few of my searches.

Any idea what's going on here?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
