I have followed the instructions although I'm using a USB drive because I don't have a floppy drive, if I click on "Update Driver" then click the advance option so I can navigate to the location where he driver is (even tried with the driver on the desktop and does the same), click on next then it just goes to the next windows where it asks if I would like to search online but it doesn't find any, I have contacted acer on the matter but they won't help as it would cost $400 to re-image the computer. My other option is maybe get a network/ethernet car and put it in as I have a spare PCI slot. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
