NICE! It looks like someone has cash to burn.
Anyway, I would switch the massive 1TB HDD out for an SSD, preferably an Intel one. That drive will contain the OS and maybe one or two apps, depending on the size. If you've got some more cash, you could swap out the optical drive for the LG Black 8X Blu-ray Burner - Bulk Model WH08LS20K.

There are better CPU coolers out there, Mugen 2, Xigmatek Dark Knight, Ultra 120, Megahalems etc.
