Could fan affect video streams? Streaming from Hulu & Netflix choppy...fan culprit?

I, like so many, am having choppy streaming from hulu, netflix, and probably any other streaming site if I checked.

I've done the usual things posted on various boards.

However, I notice that when my fan revs up and starts blowing hard (haha!), there is definite choppiness...

Does anyone know what affects, if any, the fan and any of its parts/system requirements has on streaming video???

I think your fan is only loud due to dust. Also I also notice than when im doing something CPU Heavy that my computer get's louder I think it's normal.
