Help
Hi, can anyone help me? I have an I/O Magic 1GB external hard drive that came with no instructions. I am somewhat computer literate; however the verbage used in this form has confused me. I have copied some files into it; but I donm't know how to backup the enitre C: drive.
Also, Can I download something, ie, a game to the external drive and play it from there?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I see...it's just 1GB hard drive in an enclosure. No backup software included.
To backup anything to this drive...you need to employ backup software of your choice.
As for running anything from a USB 2.0 drive...I suppose so...try it and we'll both know. Logically, it should be no problem, since users can install programs to whatever partition/drive they like. I would imagine that it would function better...if the program files were on C: rather than an external drive, but I've been wrong before
