BleepingComputer.com: Blue Screen After Login

Hey Guys

I did actually search before posting this and couldn't find anything helpful or related.

I got this Dell Laptop with Vista Ultimate

After you login

All You get is a Blue Background, No Task Manager No Icons, No Background Image NOTHING!!

I tried Safe Mode you get the same result

I got a hold of a boot disk for vista

Managed to start a check disk and NO GO

I got a recovery CD and did the Vista Repair cause it said it found an error and NO GO

I removed the hard drive and connected to an XP Machine and scanned for SPyware and it came back clean

I am out of ideas??

Any suggestions? Solutions? A Life Line??
