Best way to update Avira Anti-Virus?

I'm trying to auto-update, but the download dialogue says it will take something on the order of 13+ hours.

I've attempted to get downloads from Avira's site, softpedia, and one other webhost, but I'm still looking at multiple hours for something that's only about 30MB.

Is there a mirror, or some other supported site where I can download these updates as fast as my computer does it at home automatically? (It's very strange, considering my connection here at work is a T1...)
