I would be very grateful if you can tell me, which items are not essential to be running and hence can be disabled by using StartupCPL.

Hi,

It's kind of weird, you only posted one startup application. Anyway, as a general note, all startup can be disabled. Only choose those that you need for startup.

No, that key only reflects a startup item for a tray application.

Tray apps are nothing but shortcuts for easy access to programs which can be accessed normally from the Start/All Programs menu.
