Ok the other day i turned my computer on and it didn't start up. It came to a screen that said windows failed to start run start up repair or start window normally. Start up repair won't fix the problem it ask me to send info to microsoft or don't send. If i start normal it begins to start up then it seems to just restart and go back to the original spot of saying it failed to start. this is windows vista and i've tried safe mode but that didn't work either. this is an hp laptop right at 1 year old. please don't get to technical, i'm not super smart with computers but i do have some knowledge. thanks.
