No match between sound and the movie Serious sound delay after transcoding and burning

Hello everybody!

I used Nero vision (In nero 7) to transcode an .avi movie to a dvd one. The process of transcoding and burning was all right and with correct burning configurations (auto fit mode, PAL) . I use Optiarc DVD RW Ad-7200S recorder and Teac dvd-rw 4x certified disc. I have already rewritten it many times with movies and it's ok.
The problem is after burning the specific movie. When I play the burned movie from the disc, there is no match between the sound and the movie. I used to play with a couple of other programs and put the disc to another cd/dvd drive the problem is still bothering.

Can anyone help please?
