cant update avira error in update

i am connected to the internet and only avira failed to update.

Open the Command Propt. Start accessories Command Prompt

Copy/paste this line and press Enter

"C:\Program Files\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\update.exe" /DM="0" /NOMESSAGEBOX /receivetimeout=120

hi, tried what you posted but it said " D:\program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Helo I went to AVIRA and found that there is a problem with the last up[datye being large and pounding the server. Seems to be a keep trying thing for now.
