I have a problem with a security issue that involves a Trojan program Packed.Win32.krap.w. I have Kaspersky and the file is listed as a threat but I am unable to use Kaspersky to remove since it shuts down every time I try to neutralize. The Kaspersky tech has given me several solutions and taken files from my computer but is unable to get things working. He told me to use ComboFix but when I try to run the program, I get an error message telling me that my operating system is not compatible with ComboFix. Is this true?

We do not support or recommend to run Combofix on you own
