Where to find MUI packs for XP x64 edition? The links I have found are no longer working.

So, I have been trying to set my computer to Japanese, to "aide" in helping me learn the language.

On Vista Ultimate, installing the MUI packs was easy. On my XP pro x64 machine, this is a different story.

I have searched high and low for the ISO files, which are supposed to be offered by microsoft. But all the links are dead now.

These are the links I have found everywhere on the internet:

But if you try any of those URLs, you can see they are all dead links as of now.

Can anybody point me to the first CD's ISO somewhere else?
