Ok So I Got My Processor The One That I Want Which is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16819103692 and then i got this mobo which is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813131392 but what im tryn to get to is if this vid card would work with the system i have here and here the vid card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814187080 can some one let me no please thanx's :thumbsup:

It would work, as long as your power supply has a high enough capacity. What power supply wattage do you have, by the way?
You may also want to consider the SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 4870 2GB because it is a better value and slightly more powerful than the GTX 260.

I agree with rainbow, the 4870 is a better card, and saphire is a leading manufacturer of ATI cards. I use a saphire ATI 3870 x2 and love it :D. though if your dead set on buying NVIDIA I would recomend using an EVGA or PNY card instead, theyre much better then sparkle from the reviews ive seen. :D

The 4870 is a better card than the 260, but you don't need the 2GB model unless you're driving a huge monitor. You cannot use SLI with that NVidia graphics card on that motherboard since it only supports Crossfire. If you have some cash on hand the 5870 or the 5850 are almost double the 4870 in terms of performance. If you're not wanting huge performance, but something that is on par with the 4870 and the GTX 260 in terms of price, then the SAPPHIRE 100283L Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB is suggested.

Guru3D - Radeon HD 5770 review
They do a review on the 5770 comparing it against the 58xx series, the 4xxx series, and the GTX series in single and dual GPU configurations. That way, you know how it measures up against about a dozen cards.
