I have a previous down computer, . . (BSOD-C0000218 Registry File Failure)
I have booted from the Disc Drive with an OS installation disc, . . .
Now I have a screen up with the following;
Windows XP Home Edition Setup
The following list shows the existing partitions and unpartioned space on this computer.
Use UP and DOWN ARROW keys to select an item in the list.
. To set up Windows XP on the selected item, press ENTER.
.To create a partition in the unpartitioned space, press C.
. To delete the selected partition, press D.
57216 MB Disk 0 at Id on bus 0 on atapi [MBR]
-: Partition [FAT] 31 MB < 24 MB free>
C: Partition2 [NTFS] 57184 MB <52252 MB free >
Please tell me what your recommendation is.
Note;
There is another operating system on C; I can choose to delete it, however what will happen after that, I am wondering about drives and system continuing to load set up ?
