My recommendation: neither. Get yours custom built with the following.

Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 965(3.4GHz)
Memory: 8GB DDR2
Hard Drive: 1TB
Optical Drive: DVDRW
Graphics: Radeon HD4890
Audio: ASUS Xonar D1
Power Supply: 750W
OS: Windows Vista/7 Home Premium

A computer with these should come out to about $1200, not including labor.
