logged in and accidentally changed pw; don't want to log off accidentally chgd pw; anything to do besides leave computer on?

I'm logged into Vista as an admin/user. cursor froze and in tapping keys, changed the pw. saw that it was one character and tried all keys. cannot change or remove pw because I don't know what I changed it to. Any ideas other than leaving the computer on forever?!!

Thanks to the people who viewed the post. I figured out the pw. Home free.
