ok i am really confused can someone please answer all my questions please?

1GB 4670 HIS-IceQ
ASUS P5QL-SE
INTEL Q-SERIES E6300
Vantec ION 460W
Windows 7
is this stuff all compatible with each other and will my hardrive and dvd work with this as well im not sure about the model but i think i bought them in like 01
and also when i do this upgrade is this how things will go
1.using my computer normally right now
2.bring to msy and they install the hardware
3.i format and install drivers
4.done

and will this build be good enough to play crysis. i dont care if i have to set the settings to low and have a low res

Why do you say Q-series but then list an E-series processor?

DVD Drive and Hard Drive are from 2001?

The DVD drive mentioned should work fine, but will probably be rather slow. If you want to replace it, the Lite-on SATA CD/DVD Burner would be a good choice.

I do not reccommend using a hard drive that old for anything. This hard drive would be a great choice.

The SATA cables for these are not included, so here's what you need if you don't already the cables.

Everything else should work, but you would be cutting it awfully close with your power supply. This would be a good one:

You may also want to add an extra case fan or two. I don't know which case model you have so I can't make any specific recommendations.

Since the OP is in Australia none of the Newegg links will help since they don't ship there. Anyway, there is no quad core E6300, only a dual core which, according to Asus, is compatible. The power supply will not be good enough, I suggest a 600W or so. You will also have to repurchase Windows if you are currently using an OEM edition. That computer can play Crysis, but it won't very well. I would suggest getting a better CPU for that motherboard, I suggest a Core 2 E7600 or better and a better graphics card, a Radeon HD4870, HD4890, HD5850, or HD5870.

According to Amazon, all of those items can only be shipped within the U.S., with the hard drive being shipped to select countries outside the U.S. There has to be an Australian equivalent to Newegg...
