Hello, I'm new here, I just wanted to know why mindless people have to hack into other people computers. Are they just bored people who think it's fun? Do they know what trouble they cause? Do they think that if they're caught one of the big named security companies will give them a job?

Now I've got to go through the whole process of finding what's wrong with my computer otherwise I'm going to have to do a System Recovery on it.

They should all have their heads boiled!

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.

Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.

Good luck with the log and please be patient

Yeah, ok, I'm also sixty-plus, but I'm also a retired computer-programmer. I used to think I knew computers well, but they have advanced too much during my short time away from work!
