My sister was running word processor like 2days ago and it was fine now i try to use it and it tells me the following >>>

>>>>>Windows Cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. ????

The path is >>> C:\Program Files\Microsoft Works\wkswp.exe


What does this mean and what's wrong with it? the rest of microsoftw orks is working fine i even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it did not solved that problem any help pls? :'(
