Hello,

I've been all over your forum in past months just reading and looking for advice on this and that. I finally joined the forum today when a friend asked me to help fix his hopelessly virus infected laptop in hopes that I can help him out. I'm not necessarily a newbie to computer-speak, but am by no means a techie. I will post my question/s in a virus/spyware/malware forum in hopes that someone can help.
