An email I previously sent was installed with a picture, using Insert option in O.E.

It was returned in a reply but the picture looked like the first, what is that, what happened ?

I bet its a bug in Outlook Express, or the person who sent it back has a bug in their software that changed it. Sometimes things can just be a strange error, and when you send it back it can go through fine. I don't think its compression, because compression usually results in a quality change, not image dimension changes(which looks to be the problem).
